Belmont, MA

Latitude was contracted to design (6) 3 bedroom units. The challenge here was to harmoniously fit these new residences into a very prominent semi-urban, parcel of property, sub-divided into three parcels. Each unit has off street parking and all the modern conveniences of much larger homes. The design addresses a sense fitting into the existing community, and a place to call home.
