Private Residences - The Preserve at Grayton Beach, Florida

The Preserve is an exclusive gated community centrally located on Scenic County Road 30A in Walton Co., Florida near historic Seaside, FL. All of these homes were commissioned for clients within the community and had to pass a rigorous planning review process for compatibility with the “Low Country Cottage” look. All the homes here utilize similar exterior finish properties but with a diversity of look. Most of these residences are either second vacation homes or homes that are rented via VRBO.  For this type of use the challenge is always providing accomodation for large families or multiple families on vacation at the Gulf Coast Beaches, a private walk steps away. Another major challenge is that these homes all have lots sizes of 50’ x 100’ or smaller. Several of these homes have been awarded Blue Ribbons from the Gulf Coast “Parade of Homes.”
