Latitude was contracted to design a simple modern ranch. This view best describes the clients inspiration for an open 2400 s.f. home. This is a single story home slab on grade utilizing “ICF” Insulated Concrete Forms and radiant flooring throughout. Extremely energy efficient  building technologies were utilized to include the passive solar nature of the massive glass fenestrations and deep overhangs. Tucked into the hillside of the high desert, its open living takes advantage of the incredible views of the “Big Skies of Montana.”
