Schematic design of a up-scale 4000 s.f. New England Farmhouse vernacular home commissioned for a development team to be built in some of the more affluent subdivisions in the Northboro, MA area. The future of this design is to be built several times with various exterior elevation changes giving the homes distinctively different looks.
