Latitude was contracted to expand and renovate a 1920 single level bungalow home for a family of five. The first floor was designed to allow a more graceful entrance from the driveway into a main foyer. The addition of this new foyer provides better circulation into a new family room. The kitchen will be enlarged by removing some interior walls. The addition of a new second floor provides three additional bedrooms and full bath, nestled within a roof of dormers and sheds.
