Latitude was contracted to renovate the existing 2nd Floor Bathroom and the existing 3rd Floor Master Bedroom and Bathroom. They were also asked to design and incorporate a new roof deck outside the Master Bedroom with a custom exterior spiral staircase to the backyard terrace.
