Latitude was contracted to renovate this 1880 Colonial home in the suburbs. The program was to expanded the existing first floor by enlarging the Kitchen and creating a back Mudroom that would include a Powder Room. The second floor program was to renovate the existing Master Bathroom as well as a new Bathroom for their kids.
