Western Suburbs, MA

Set on six private acres bordered by conservation land in the suburbs, this estate was designed for serious multi-generational living, a main residence, three guest houses, and amenities most clients only dream about: a private theater, billiards room, two greenhouses, a tennis court, and a commercial kitchen with a live-in chef's suite.

Latitude was brought in for one piece of that picture, fitness center build. We designed the gym, infrared recovery room, and juice bar, along with the clubhouse wing that connects it directly to the property's indoor-outdoor heated pool and spa, engineering a space that had to function as both a serious training facility and a seamless extension of the pool house.
