Latitude Architecture is thrilled to announce an exciting new project. A comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of a split-level home in the heart of Chestnut Hill, MA!

At the core of this transformation is a new rear addition that will enlarge and reimagine the existing kitchen and dining room. The expanded kitchen will honor the way this family cooks and gather, featuring a thoughtfully designed island and a dedicated serving area to support effortless entertaining. The dining room will gain the breathing room it deserves, creating a seamless space for family celebrations and everyday moments alike.

Beyond the addition, Latitude will guide a full interior renovation across all three levels of the home. The first floor, upper bedroom and bathroom areas, and lower level will all be refreshed to flow cohesively with the new kitchen and dining spaces. Highlights include new interior doors, refined millwork throughout, updated handrails and balustrades at the existing staircase, and reconfigured bedroom layouts to better serve the family's needs. New windows are also being explored to flood the home with natural light. The lower level will see the addition of a new laundry area beneath the kitchen addition, along with an updated game room, making the basement as functional and inviting as the floors above.

On the exterior, the home will receive a complete refresh, new composite siding, updated windows and trim, and a new deck off the kitchen and dining addition, perfect for outdoor living.

 

Latitude will also develop landscaping solutions for both the front and rear of the property, tying the entire transformation together with curb appeal to match.
