Latitude Architecture is excited to share one of our newest residential projects, a ground-up new home for a young family in the MetroWest suburbs of Massachusetts!

After a thorough evaluation of the existing 1956 Ranch, Latitude recommended new construction as the most effective path forward. While renovation was carefully considered, the constraints of the original structure would have significantly limited the design potential and the costs would not have justified the outcome. A fresh start allows this family's home to be exactly what they need it to be.

The proposed design calls for a 3,500–4,000 sq. ft. residence with a vernacular that celebrates its warmth, craftsmanship, and connection to the natural landscape. The new home will establish a confident and welcoming presence on the street, offering character and curb appeal without feeling overstated. Every design decision will be guided by creating a home that is as beautiful to look at as it is to live in.
