Latitude Architecture is excited to announce our latest project—an extensive expansion for a growing family seeking to maximize their home’s potential. Tasked with designing a new third floor, we are creating a seamless addition that will enhance both the functionality and character of the home.

The expansion includes the construction of two new bedrooms, a full bathroom, and strategically placed dormers that will bring in abundant natural light while complementing the home’s existing architectural style. In addition, we are incorporating ample seasonal storage, ensuring the family has the space they need to stay organized year-round.

With a focus on blending old and new, our design approach prioritizes harmony with the home’s existing structure while introducing modern elements that enhance comfort and efficiency. By working closely with the homeowners, we are tailoring every detail to fit their needs, from space planning to material selections that align with their vision.
