Latitude Architecture is thrilled to announce our latest project: the conversion of an existing split-level home and garage into a thoughtfully designed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) for a growing family.

This project includes not only the transformation of the existing structures but also the design of a brand-new detached two-car garage. With an eye toward future flexibility, this new structure is being designed with the potential for a living space above, offering added versatility and value to the property.
