Latitude Architecture is excited to announce our latest project, right here in our own community! We’re partnering with a young, growing family to expand their classic Cape-style home, creating a space that will evolve with their needs.

This thoughtful addition includes a brand-new great room and mudroom, seamlessly integrating with their existing home. The renovation also features a refreshed and modernized kitchen, enhancing both function and flow.

One of the most exciting aspects of this project is the future potential it unlocks. The added square footage on the first floor will allow for a new basement bedroom with a walk-out to the backyard, providing even more flexibility as the family grows.
